Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers. REQUIRED SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Familiarity with MS Office. Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
