Responsibilities:
Calling leads to arrange viewing appointments
Coordinating availability with our internal calendar
Following up with potential tenants when needed
Maintaining clear and up-to-date records of communications
Requirements:
Must be based in the UK or have a native-level British accent
Excellent phone manner – friendly, confident, and clear
Highly organised and responsive
Comfortable using email, phone systems, and basic scheduling tools
Able to work independently and follow instructions precisely
Trial Period:
2 months to start
If it’s a good fit, the role may expand to include more tasks within the company
Preferred Qualities:
Experience in property, lettings, or customer service is a plus
Quick learner with good judgment
Someone who takes ownership and communicates proactively
