Role

We are looking for an ambitious Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a SDR, you will build and manage prospect relationships to drive revenue for SleekFlow. A vital part of this opportunity is partnering with the Customer Success, Sales Team and Product team to ensure the quality and quantity of sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Handle our sales conversion process for Enterprise / Mid-market businesses.
  • Developing and managing relationships within our Commercial segment with customers in Singapore
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers
  • Research and build >40 "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling) everyday
  • Support our inbound and outbound sales teams in closing enterprise clients
  • Work with our sales teams, customer support, partnership and training team in Hong Kong, Singapore, Brazil and oversee the market launch project
  • Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value


Requirements

  • Outbound sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company
  • Extensive experience selling to customers in Singapore
  • Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions.
  • Fluent in English being useful
  • Previous Experience in a startup is preferred


Desired Skills

  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
  • CRM (e.g. Hubspot) & marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong customer references
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
