As a Dental Back Office Representative, you’ll help keep our billing and/or insurance operations running smoothly. This role isn’t just about billing or insurance—you might also manage patient communication or other administrative tasks-it will depend on each client's needs. Whether verifying insurance, answering billing questions, or helping with everyday tasks, your work will make things easier for patients and providers.
Key responsibilities
- Dental Insurance verification: Confirm patients’ insurance coverage details, verify eligibility, and enter data with precision.
- Dental billing: Review claims, prepare invoices, and ensure billing is accurate and smooth.
- Insurance claims submission: Process and submit insurance claims efficiently to facilitate quicker reimbursements.
- Data entry and documentation: Accurately record patient information, insurance details, and billing codes.
- Provide real-time assistance , answering inquiries about billing, insurance claims, and account-related topics with a friendly approach.
- Collaboration and communication: Work closely with team members, sharing updates and escalating issues when necessary.
- Problem solving: Address issues patiently and proactively, adopting a solutions-focused mindset and escalating complex matters appropriately.
