You will be a critical part of the team, working closely with members and their families to ensure they receive the care they need.The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of five years of experience in case management and the utilization of healthcare resources. You should possess excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
