Description:

  • Oversee and manage projects across various departments within the organization, providing strong leadership to ensure all activities are executed within the established constraints of time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Gather and prioritize IT requests from the business to develop a structured portfolio of projects and enhancements that align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Conduct IT audits, risk assessments, and security vulnerability evaluations to systematically analyze security risks, issues, and their potential impact on the business.
  • Facilitate the installation of software and provide users with comprehensive instructions on its effective utilization.
  • Create detailed manuals and tutorials for staff and customers on accessing servers, logging into private business networks, and operating new software applications.
  • Address and troubleshoot IT issues encountered by customers, clients, and personnel, ensuring efficient resolution.
  • Maintain thorough records of support inquiries; diligently work to resolve issues while offering clear and informative explanations of the challenges faced.
  • Perform hardware repairs and manage a sufficient inventory of IT-related supplies, including cables, routers, adapters, and other essential equipment required for optimal system performance.
