Tasks
- Take ownership of the online stores in the UK, ensuring it is perfectly tailored to the local market in terms of look and feel and information provided.
- Identify growth opportunities for the e-commerce of the UK markets
- Apply your UX knowledge to drive meaningful A/B tests to improve the e-commerce's performance
- Run e-commerce analysis on a frequent basis and come up with out of the box ideas to increase the main KPIs.
- Enhance our online presence through SEO and SEM techniques.
- Update prices, product descriptions, website content according to the global standards and local needs.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content.
- Work closely with marketing to identify localized marketing opportunities.
- Support increasing traffic and conversion rates through targeted efforts.
- Implement process improvements and maintain data accuracy.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of managing an e-commerce store.
- Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Shopify.
- Proficiency in SEO and SEM.
- Enthusiasm for continuous process and workflow improvement.
- Excellent English language skills.
- High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation and achiever mentality
- Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth.
