Operational Hotel Conference & Events Host

We are currently looking for an experienced hotel conference & events host for anĀ operationalĀ role within a beautiful 4* Hotel, to assist in the running of events, weddings and conferences alongside the events team.

Our client is one of the most exclusive 4* hotels in Berkshire boasting 92 stunning bedrooms, which have recently undergone refurbishment, they also have a beautiful, new wedding and events space surrounded by stunning grounds seating up to 500 guests.

The Person

The Conference and Events Host will have:

  • Experience in hotels, weddings, conferences & events
  • Confident to meet all conference, event or wedding organisers
  • Knowledge of Opera system would be ideal
  • Must have worked in the hotel industry
  • Experience in pre-event meetings and organisation
  • Have worked as a duty manager within event and functions before
  • Be a great communicator with experience leading a team
  • Impeccable standards of service with a passion for creating memorable wedding and events
  • A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
