Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, and ensuring that all customers receive top-notch service. As well as leading a team and taking responsibility as a key holder.

Experience

• 2 years bartending.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and food safety standards is an advantage.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• A friendly demeanour with exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with customers and the rest of the team.
