Operational Assistant Wedding & Events Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced wedding & events assistant manager for anĀ operationalĀ role within a beautiful4* hotel, to help lead the events team to deliver impeccable events, weddings and conferences.

The Perks

- 45 hour week

Our client is one of the most exclusive 4* hotels in Berkshire boasting 92 stunning bedrooms, which have recently undergone refurbishment, they also have a beautiful, new wedding and events space surrounded by stunning grounds seating up to 500 guests.

The Person

The Assistant Wedding and Events Manager will have:

- Experience in managing wedding & events within a team
- Experience in conference and banqueting
- Be a great communicator and highly organised
- Strong initiative & self driven
- Impeccable standards of service with a passion for creating memorable wedding and events
- A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
- Experience in hospitality in weddings ideally in hotel
- Organised, well presented and with an eye for detail andĀ live local to Wokingham with own transport
